Axis Fleet Management, a subsidiary of Axis Intermodal Limited, has ordered 180 new sliding skeletal trailers from Dennison Trailers, in order to expand their 3,000 strong truck, rigid and trailer assets.

This substantial order is part of a natural replacement cycle at Axis, who currently boast one of the youngest truck and trailer fleets in the market. Additional trailers will go a long way in supporting services supplied by Axis, which include contract hire and rental, making long haul delivery as efficient as possible.

The order will also work to cement the company’s success, since they have grown by up to 30% per annum for the last 4 years, so have a continued need for expansion. Axis has always been focused on quality, reliability and asset performance for their customers, which include DHL Supply Chain, Norbert Dentressangle and Freightliner to name a few.
