As March draws to a close, the beginning of the spring season has arrived, but so has the end of an era. After being with us for 17 years, we are waving goodbye to Tony who is heading into his retirement.Tony has played a pivotal role at Dennison Trailers in Lancaster, so before he sadly departs, we asked him a few questions about his time at Dennison Trailers, his biggest accomplishment, and what he hopes to see in the future for the company.What is your role at Dennison Trailers and what does it involve? My role at Dennison Trailers is Warranty and Aftersales Manager. Once a trailer leaves the factory and is out on the road, it’s my responsibility to make sure that any problems are dealt with and to provide the necessary aftercare support.How would you describe your time at Dennison Trailers in three words? Varied, challenging, and enjoyable.What has been your biggest accomplishment at Dennison Trailers? I have kept our warranty costs under control.What’s the biggest lesson you have learnt while working at Dennison Trailers? Always make sure you know who is paying for what!What is your best memory from your time at Dennison Trailers? There are too many to choose from; I’ve had some great times over the last 17 years. Moving into the new building in Lancaster was a moment I will never forget.What do you hope to see in the future for Dennison Trailers? I hope to see nothing but continued success and growth for Dennison Trailers – a company that has provided me with almost two decades of brilliant opportunities and employment.
